LGBTQ+ means different ways people feel about who they love and who they are.
Each letter stands for something:

• L = Lesbian (girls who love girls)

• G = Gay (boys who love boys)

• B = Bisexual (people who love both girls and boys)

• T = Transgender (people whose gender is different from what they were told at birth)

• Q = Queer or Questioning (people who feel different or are still thinking)

LGBTQ＋は、「どんな人を好きになるか」「自分をどう思っているか」という、人の気持ちやあり方のことをあらわす言葉です。
それぞれの文字には意味があります：

Learning about LGBTQ+ helps us understand and be kind to each other. It’s okay to be different!

Pride Month is in June. It’s a time to celebrate people of all genders and loves.
There are parades with rainbow flags, music, and dancing.
“Pride” means to feel proud of who you are.

プライド月間（がっかん）は、毎年6月にあります。
どんな性の人も、どんな恋のかたちも、大切にされるべきという思いをこめて、お祝いする月です。
虹のはたや音楽、ダンスのパレードもあります。
「プライド」とは、「自分らしくあることを誇りに思う」という意味です。

🇯🇵 Tokyo Rainbow Pride（東京レインボープライド）

日本でも、東京・代々木公園で「Tokyo Rainbow Pride（東京レインボープライド）」という大きなイベントが開かれます。2025年は6月7日・8日に開催予定で、たくさんの人が音楽・アート・パレードで「自分らしさ」をお祝いします。
